Once you the script , you will recieve the download file via email.

If you have not received your email within 24 hours, send us an email to tsr@listingagent.ca with your purchase email address.

If you need to re-download your script email us at tsr@listingagent.ca or you need the update within the same version (ie. 4.0 to 4.5 etc would be the same version but when the first digit changes you are not eligible for the update ie . 4.0 to 5.1).

Instructions for installation,

- Put complete folder /real-estate/ in your root site,

- Put file crossdomain.xml in your root site, (Not in a folder)

- CHMOD folder /listingimages/ 777 (This is required to allow program to upload your photos)

- Run the edgewood.sql (in /real-estate/) in your mysql database (ie. phpmyadmin)to create tables and structure.

- Edit file /real-estate/x/x.php your database settings + path settings for image resizer/uploader.

- Delete the edgewood.sql file.

- Login as default administrator.

- Default Admin is demo@listingagent.ca and password is edgewood.

- Change your Admin login.

- Create your listing agents.

- Login as your listing agent to add/delete listings.

- Modify line 22 in map.php file ( <script src="http://maps.google.com/maps?file=api&v=1&key=___YOUR___GOOGLE___KEY____GOES____HERE" type="text/javascript"></script> ) to insert your GOOGLE API KEY that you generate by visiting http://www.google.com/apis/maps/signup.html

- Modify line 94 and 95 in map.php file with your main office Geocode values ( $latt = "49.2161340000";
$long = "-124.0332040000 ";)

- Modify /template_images/featuresheet.jpg with your agents or broker information.

- Modify line 32 in x/console.php file ( <script src="http://maps.google.com/maps?file=api&v=1&key=___YOUR___GOOGLE___KEY____GOES____HERE" type="text/javascript"></script> ) to insert your GOOGLE API KEY (use same key you generated above).

- Modify line 40 in x/console.php file ( fulladdress = document.getElementById('address').value + ', ' + document.getElementById('city').value + ' BC';) Change the BC to your Province, State, Territory or Region of the bulk of the properties that will be added. NOT COUNTRY AS GOOGLE MAPS AUTO DETERMINES. ie. 1234 My Street, NSW then I would change the BC to NSW which is Australia and BC is for British Columbia in Canada etc.
